NAWBO^® GM Meeting Sponsorship

Sponsoring a NAWBO GM meeting or networking event is a great way for member and non-member businesses alike to show their support for women business owners in the Greater Milwaukee area while benefiting from positive, targeted exposure and promotion to this ever-growing and influential sector of the marketplace.

Sponsorships provide a forum for building relationships between NAWBO GM members and sponsors by:

Introducing members to products, services and resources available from sponsoring companies.

Fostering interaction by allowing sponsors the opportunity to meet and network with members.

Utilizing sponsoring companies as educational resources when appropriate.

Sponsorship also helps augment the Chapter's budget, allowing NAWBO GM to:

Support high quality educational and networking opportunities at a price that is affordable for members.

Keep dues at or near the current level.

Promote leadership development for NAWBO GM's Board of Directors.

Meeting sponsorship is $300 for non-member companies.
Members may sponsor a meeting for $270, a discount of 10%.

Sponsorship Guidelines

NAWBO GM will accept sponsors for meeting and NAWBO Business Owner members may jointly sponsor a meeting with approval. Contact Sue Denzine, Development Director, for information.

Special events, such as the annual fund raising auction, may offer additional sponsorship opportunities. Contact committee chairs for information.

A company may sponsor only one meeting per program year, unless a particular meeting has no sponsorship 60 days prior to the meeting date.

Current Corporate Partners have the right of first refusal for meeting sponsorships.

Benefits
Each sponsor will be provided with an accessible area to display their literature and materials.

Each sponsor will have the opportunity for a 3 minute presentation at the beginning of the sponsored meeting.

The sponsor's representative is encouraged to stay for the meeting and to network before and after the event. A meal and/or refreshments will be provided for one representative as part of the sponsorship.

NAWBO GM will provide tabletop signage at the registration/check-in table acknowledging the sponsor. The Chapter will also provide table tents at each dinner table acknowledging the sponsoring company.

Sponsoring companies, if confirmed well in advance of a meeting, will be mentioned in the Facets e-newsletter promoting the sponsored meeting.

The sponsoring company will have one-time use of the Chapter membership list.

For the above considerations, the sponsoring company will pay $300 per meeting sponsorship. NAWBO members receive a 10% discount.
